I think she/he had a good suggestion.

It is my personal opinion that the series should have stopped after the defeat of Frieza.  Then you tell the tale of Goku, the boy who always pushed harder to do what was right, growing up to become the most powerful fighter in the galaxy.  Beginning to end, he lives and dies a hero.
The inclusion of the Cell Saga is debatable.  The Red Ribbon Army lost relevance after Dragonball.
